Exclude Thumbnails from Backup Files #

This feature excludes WordPress-generated image thumbnails from Everest backups, helping to conserve space. The original, full-sized images are still included in backups, so if a restore is necessary, we can regenerate the thumbnails using the original images. This significantly reduces the amount of space needed for backups.
